The first series of Star Portraits with Rolf Harris was watched by 5 million viewers each week. The highest ever ratings for an arts programme. The celebrity sitters who took part in the first series were:

Cilla Black OBE

Cilla felt that the portraits each reflected a different side to her personality, but in the end, selected the work she felt was fitting to present to her new baby grandson.
